is to be remanded in Kuje prison till this Thursday 10th March, 2016 pending when his bail application will be heard by the federal high court sitting in Abuja the federal capital of Nigeria.
The former chief of defence staff is facing 10 charges bordering on theft and corruption in which he was charge to court by the anti-graft body EFCC. Badex was charge for using Lyalikam Nigeria Limited to get money from the account of Nigeria Air Force to acquire a mansion at 6, Ogun River Street, Off Danube Street Maitama Abuja there by committing an offense of money laundering which is an offense that is punishable under Nigeria law.
The court is expected to commence the hearing of his case on 14th March, 2016.
