Nigerian military troop arrested a notorious kidnapping in Nkporo community of Ohafia Local government of Abia state esatern part
of Nigeria, the 14 Brigade Garrison swing in to action on Sunday 10th April, 2016 base on a tip off.
During the operation the troop were able to arrest Mr Chidiebere Sunday and two other suspect escaped and rescue a kidnap victim who was earlier shot and kidnapped by the gang. A member of the gang who try to escape through the ceiling of their hide out fell and died immediately.
The following were recovered from the kidnappers den 9 AK-47 Rifle magazine, 2 AK-47 Rifle, 1 Pistol, loaded 124 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition, 2 Machetes, Toyota RAV 4 Jeep with registration no: MUS 428 RZ, sum of 5, 490,000.00, 6 mobile telephone handsets an ipad and a Diamond bank debit card.
