The world topmost ICT company Microsoft is set to buy the professional networking website LinkedIn for a whooping amount
of $26 in cash, according to source the software giant will pay about $196 share which is about 50% of the premium share.
Microsoft said LinkedIn will retain its distinct brand, culture and independence, the expert said this deal will gives Microsoft access to world biggest professional social network with more than 430 million member worldwide.
Microsoft chief executive Satya Nadella said: "LinkedIn team has grown a fantastic business centred on connecting the world's professionals. he said together we can accelerate the growth of LinkedIn as wel as Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics"
