Nigeria Army given reason why Major General Mohammed was reinstated, according to the army their reaction is base on the media report by human right group Amnesty International in which it was allege that Major General Mohammed was involved in human right abuses when he was the General Officer Commanding 7 Division.

               The army authority said the reinstatement of Major General Mohammed was as a result of legal procedure was followed, the how ever said the army will act on it if the Amnesty International can provide them with evidence of any human right abuses.
