Tompolo Should Be Arrested, Court Issued Out Fresh Order For His Arrest.

The federal high court on Monday 8th February, 2016 sitting in Lagos State south west Nigeria as issued out a fresh order for the
arrest of Niger Delta militant Government Ekpemupolo popularly known as Tompolo in Nigeria.

        Justice Ibrahim Buba order that he should be arrested for not showing up in the court after the first warrant of arrest was issued to him, if you recall Tompolo was involved in the case of diversion of fund of about N34,000,0000,000 with former chairman of director general of Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Mr Patrick Akpobolokemi and eight other that were arraign fir the same offense.

Justice Ibrahim Buba as however fix the case to 25 of this month for fresh hearing of the case.
