As part of activities to celebrate the 40th years Ogun state Southwest Nigeria was created, the government of Ogun State
commissioned some project to celebrate the anniversary of the state.
The president of federal republic of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari who was still on a two days visit to the state commission some number of project in the state.

         One of the projects that were commission by the president was Olufunmilayo Ransom Kuti Flyover bridge at Abeokuta, and also a flyover bridge in Ijebu Ode in Ogun State.
