The supreme court of Nigeria sitting in Abuja today 5th February,
2016 as order ther Code of Conduct Tribunal to try Nigeria Senate President Dr Bukola Saraki over false assets declaration.

       The judgement was delivered by Justice Samuel Onnoghen who said in it judgement that the CCT should go on with the trial of the Senate president, the court of Appeal had ruled that CCT should try the senate on 13 count charges which border on false assets declaration.
